"Piece of Cake"

The Weekend Cakesmith was born out of Daniel's own need to indulge in Cakes which were like comfort food and nothing too sweet and also without the most commonly used refined flour and refined sugar as the ingredients.

What started as an attempt to satisfy one's own hunger pangs slowly got across to other friends and won their approval and evolved.
